Shipping policy

Nevertheless, as a result of some items highly requested of our warehouses China-based, our shipping, and processing times could vary and this is the reason for what we cannot offer you next day delivery at this moment.
 
Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment with your order confirmation, we dispatch the same to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which may take 1-5 days in total.
 
Shipping time: This concerns the time it takes for your bought item to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
For U.S.-based customers, we will try to use USPS if your item is available in the U.S.-based warehouses or ePacket option by default. In some special cases, we can use another option. This delay usually takes from 7 to 14 days.
For other different international deliveries, the shipping time could vary.

Fast Shipping instead of Free Shipping: In order to provide you an excellent shopping experience, we will charge a very low fee. In exchange, we will try to reduce the shipping time as much as possible and we will take extra care of your order processing.
 
Tracking: As soon as your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your order directly from our website at any time at https://www.dealsnode.com/apps/tracktor/.

Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
 
Finally, if your product has some issues concerning its shipping, you will rapidly be informed and you will receive a solution or full refund along with this communication.  

Return policy

To return your product if it has factory defaults, please consider the following steps:

  1. Send to us an email at support@dealsnode.com
  2. Wait for our customer support response.  We will send you an email about the address with all the relevant details on where to return the product/item. All information with instructions to return the product/item will be given in our email sent to you
  3. Please do not send the product/item to the manufacturer/retailer or our offices unless clearly instructed in our prior communication.
You will have to pay the price of returning your item for your shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
