Every effort is made to ensure perfect shipping of your Product / Item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and we will gladly provide a replacement, refund or an exchange after fulfilling the requirements provided in this policy.
All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our Policy carefully.
If an item has been worn, used, damaged or is not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for a return, refund or an exchange..
Returns will only be accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. In order to avail a return claim, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with original packing.
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com . To process your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any sort of shipping costs incurred during this process.
Please note that you are not required to send your purchase back to the Manufacturer or to our office address.
3. RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Our Standard Return policies are not applicable to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software products.
• Health and Personal care items.
• Any perishable goods.
• Used/damaged products
• Item without a receipt or proof of purchase
• Clearance / Sale items
• Item returned after 30 days of purchase
RETURNS WILL BE DENIED IF THEY DO NOT MEET THIS RETURN POLICY AND THE ITEM(S) WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMERS COST.
Refunds will be made upon the review and inspection by our team. Once the item returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund claim. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or your payment method that was used to make the original purchase.
The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the product for your payment account to be credited.
How will I receive a refund?
You will receive a refund in the form of the original method of payment. Pre-Orders placed across multiple cards will be refunded to the same cards used, regardless of the cards being removed from the site, cards expiring, or updating card information.
Partial refunds will be granted upon review on:
- Books with obvious visible usage
- CD. DVD, VHS, Software, Video Games, Cassettes or vinyl records opened
- Missing parts in an item / product
- Item returned after 30 days
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account for the first time. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while to officially retrieve your refund. Next contact your bank. Before a refund is released, there is often some processing time. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.1 SALE / PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
No refund will be made on any Sale items or promotional items.
5.2 EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Only defective or damaged items after approval by our inspection team will be eligible for an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com send your item directly to the supplier / vendor. The details of its address will be sent to you through email upon your request.
If the product or item was considered as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the consideration of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please consider the following steps:

2. Wait for our customer support response and do not send the product / item to the manufacturer / retailer or our offices unless instructed.
3. We will send you an email pertaining to the address with all relevant details on where to return back the product / item. All information with instructions to return the product / item will be given in our email sent to you.
You will have to pay the price of returning your item for your own shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that your returned item will be received.
Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges cannot be made.
